PS5 reset to factory settings 2 times and everything reinstalled I have already tried everything possible and the following (WITHOUT SUCCESS!): Again without success and again the same error message. Then I deleted the installed packages and tried to download the packages again. So I chose that one and only the error message appears: 'Something went wrong.' WS-116483-3

Then I got the message that I have to install the campaign packages (which were all installed!). The next day I wanted to continue playing and it was the lock symbol in the campaign menu. The last part of the campaign package was still missing, which was then installed and then I switched off the PS5. It started with the fact that I wanted to play the Black Ops campaign and that I could do it up to the Vietnam level. I've had Black Ops Cold War since the European launch of the PS5 (11/19/20). I`ve posted this on the Coldwar subreddit too but i thnik that it could possibly be an Playstation error too because of the Error code.
